LiveConX has a group and individual management console.
From the Group Console, the group administrator can perform
all tasks for all individuals, add new individual accounts, inactivate accounts,
view all transactions, etc.

Group Console
After logging in, if you are the administrator of a group account, you will be taken to your Console Account Administration page. From here you can proceed to your own individual account or to the group account
Clicking on the manage my group icon will display the Manage Account Information page where your Group Summary Table, Group Usage Table, and Account Update Links are displayed.
From the top menu items you can review all transactions (calls), create and update members (LiveConX accounts associated with your group) and create and update LiveConX buttons/links.
please note: Groups can have an unlimited number of individual members and each member can have multiple LiveConX buttons!
The Members Update Screen dislays all your group members. You can create, update, or inactivate members accounts.
The members table can be sorted by clicking on the column headers. A maximum of 10 will be displayed per page.
The Buttons Screen dislays all LiveConX buttons and links for your group members.
From here new liveConX buttons and links can be created and existing ones can be updated or deactivated.
Clicking on the details button displays a screen where all of the LiveConX items such as active phone number and listing message can be updated.
Clicking on the HTML button displays the HTML code that can be placed in your website, banner ads, email signatures, etc.
For those not familiar with HTML, don't worry! Luminent provides the exact code you'll need to place a LiveConX button or link on your website or anywhere else.
For those of you familiar with HTML,LiveConX is structured so that the look and feel of your LiveConX button or link is only limited by your imagination.
The Transactions Screen dislays all of your group's calls and can be sorted by clicking on the column headers. These transactions can be copied and pasted into Excel.
Luminent can provide additional transaction reports if desired.
